PROPERTY LAYOUT
The aerial view on the left side below shows the resort's location in proximity to Wood River. Wood River is designated as a National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. Wood River Resort is located on one of the most scenic portions of Wood River. On the right side is a clear color perspective of the plain print layout below.
The site layout below provides an example of the number of potential sites that could be developed. Each rectangular space represents a number of 40x60 foot sites with a 40 foot wide access trail. These sample sites are not meant to represent the entire property or limit the creativity of site development. They are meant to provide a visual of realistic size and numbers of sites within a set space. This provides a starting point for the potential amount of sites and shows room for flexibility in size of sites, placement and arrangement. There is also sizeable open space for recreation and special event development.
